He studied singing at the G. Martucci Conservatory in Salerno, Italy, under the guidance of maestro Claudio Di Segni. He started as a chorus member at the G. Verdi Theatre in Salerno, and in 2005 debuted as a soloist in Massenet's opera Werther and immediately received a solo role in La Traviata. In 2006 he appeared in the title role in The Phantom of the Opera directed by André De La Roche, with whom he completed a successful tour of major Italian cities. In November 2006 he also appeared in the opera Werther at the Teatro Comunale di Rovigo. In 2013 he made his debut as Riccardo in the world premiere of Francesco Stabile's opera Lo sposo al lotto at the Teatro Stabile di Potenza.
In addition to being a versatile musician, he is also a composer. He composed the pop opera Orfeus ed Euridice - Amore Immortale, which premiered in 2011 at the Augusteo Theatre in Salerno. He also had the opportunity to showcase his talent as a musical director and producer of the Floricienta - Live Show.
As a composer and music arranger, he won the "Una voce per Pithecusae" Ischia 2016 competition with his song Tendimi la mano and received the prize for "Best Unpublished Song". He also won the 4th Muro Lucano Song Festival with this song.
Alessandro also teaches. He was artistic director of the Studio Musicale "La Via dei Canti" and currently teaches singing at the "Alfano I" Music High School in Salerno. In addition to opera and operetta stages, he performs in numerous concerts with various musical groups, including the Three Tenors project, which offers the audience a spectacular journey through the masterpieces of Italian opera and Neapolitan songs.
